After being gone so long, I thought I should leave word as to why it seems I have abandoned this blog. Shortly after my last post, my camera died. I had hoped to be able to save enough to get a new camera but life has gotten in the way. The budget has been stretched to meet more mundane but necessary items, i.e. car repair, food, rent, medicine.
I have not given up hope but no longer see it's replacement around the corner. When I can, I'll make it back here.
